Danny was a disappointment. No rain. Erika, so far, is a wus. It's 8:00 PM local time and still nothing. We've been under water rationing for 105 days. All we've seen this year is dust and dry air from the Sahara. Days and days of yellow skies thanks to El Niño. Dominica got 9" of rain and here we are in Puerto Rico praying for something/anything. So far nothing. The government decreed that the schools close at mid day and let their employees off at the same time, well, some got off early to miss the traffic jam. WE NEED RAIN. So, what do you do while waiting for a tropical storm that won't arrive? Dream of future Crossfire mods and ….. hydrate! It's illegal to sell "adult beverages" because of the storm so you can imagine how crowded Costco was yesterday ….. I know. So, if I drown tonight, I won't know because Costco had plenty of liquids for sale. What I NEED to know is how much gain I'll see with Needswings ported thermal coated heads in case I survive the flood or lack of rain. BTW, Trump is ….. still deciding but it's not flattering. Rant over .. is their life on this forum … or just readers.

That suxs brother. In Hawai'i we have been inundated with all these near misses, but they have left feet of rain. Flash flooding has become a twice weekly thing. I'll try to send some your way.

 

It missed us. Looser storm. Nothing like getting your hopes up and having them dashed. Oh well, back to a day with water and 3 without. Worst of all the Crossfire is dirty and needs a good detailing.
