Check out this cool car they make in Holland called Spyker!!!
This will never make it over here... but what an interesting looking car!

The Netherlands
In 1898, Jacobus and Hendrik-Jan Spijker, brothers who were coach-builders in Amsterdam, made their first motorcar. Today, Spyker produces the off-the-wall, $330,000 C8 Double 12 S supercar (pictured above).

Sorry Andrew, but I can't agree with you on the interior. I hate the woven leather and what is the story behind the bar that is running through the gear shift lever?
As for the outside, the air intake on the roof looks ridiculous. It would look much better if it were lower in profile.
Oh well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and this beholder just doesn't get it.

If you're interested: http://www.autoweek.com/apps/pbcs.dl...73254928359629. I agree with Andrew the interior is gorgeous and I especially like this Roadster version with the top down. I think the hardtop is ugly. Someone else just did a whole pictorial on all the new Spyker models in the US. If I find it I'll repost.
Here's the Automobile magazine story, http://www.automobilemag.com/auto_sh...c12/index.html. I love the C12 Roadster (La Tourbie).
I find it to have a unique look and design - wouldn't mind taking that baby on a test drive!!
The manufacturer did not take from other cars, which I think is the reason I like this car. Just like our cars, it has a look all its own. And that interior is gorgeous - beaded leather brings a classy look.
Yes beauty is in the eye of the beholder - hence the fact that some people don't get our cars... oh well...
Thanks for posting some more pictures...

This car is absolutely spectacular and is anything but ugly. As for performance, the 2,640 pound Spyker C8 makes 525 HP and 413 ft lbs of torque with a 4172 cc V8 twin turbocharged engine. It does 0 to 60 in 3.9 seconds and has a top speed of 198 mph. That's not bad for a six year old car.

exp: 2000 dodge viper msrp -- $67,225, hp -- 450 tq -- 490, weight -- 3,253, 0-60 -- anywhere 3.8 - 4.3 and top speed of 180.

Sharonaln67, If by "beaded" leather you're talking about the diamond pleated design. I've got to say, that it reminds me of the diamond pleated vinyl that was used in the early 70's Datsun 240 Z (not a highly replicated styling cue I might add). But as was pointed put, beauty is in the beholders eye.
While watching a skit on Saturday Night Live a few minutes ago, I noticed that the car was used in the new movie "Basic Instinct II". Now I don't know if you want to see it that bad.
But it looked as though it was in some sort of chase scene.
Just wanted to give ya a heads up.

This car is in PGR3 (arcade sim) and its crap in its class. Just an FYI though Bizarre (game creator) released a DLC for the game that includes the Chrysler Firepower. Putting it at one of the fastest cars in its class.
