I think they said 255 MPH. Just thought some may find it interesting.

 

I remember the clip on Top Gear about the Veyron, they were driving it on VW's test track in Germany for the high speed run. It said at top speed, the tires would blow out in 15 minutes but it's okay because they'll run out of gas in 12...

The Aero is techniqually the fastest production car in the world... but its kinda like a pure race car... i don't believe it has things like A/C or airbags... the Veyron does... its more of a livable car to a degree... yes, both are highly priced... but i guess it i wanted just a beast of a car that went fast, i would get a Aero... if i wanted a car that went only 1 mph slower, but had more amenities and money was no object, i would get a veyor
