The pic on the either 73 or 74 yellow AMX shows just another thing you can do with a used pontoon boat trailer! And who would have thought? LOL! I recall I was 17 and ready to buy my first car. The 68 Muistang fastback with 68K miles on her, red of course, priced at 1100 at my friend's uncle's lot had too many miles on it according to my Dad. Then the 69 Torino GT coupe with the 390 priced at 1300 was way to powerfuil to give to a kid, according to my Dad, and the 73 AMX with the 401 priced at 4000, which I could have at 3200 was just a tad out of my price range, so I finally ended up with a brand new 73 Gremlin X, with the 258, brown metalflake and a gold side stripe for 2000 even. man I loved that car. But even today I see in my mind that blue AMX on the showfloor.
