Top 10 muscle cars...
Hey waylander, thanks for the memories. In 1967 I was 17 years old and in my senior year in high school.Drove and road in many of those cars. Thanks for the link.
Bigkid - I was 17 too in 67 and you and I probably have a lot of the same fond memories. As I watched that "list" I could help but cringe at a few of them, I cringe even more when I see what they bring in today. Cars like the Superbird and Judge may have been considered Muscle Cars but we thought they were way overdone, we liked cars like the 327/375 66 Vette or the 302 and 350 Z-28's. I learned to drive a stick in the 66 Vette and also owned a 70 1/2 350 Z-28.
One car on that list has always been my favorite since day one and that is the Cobra. You could probably put a six in one and I'd drive it.
Thanks for sharing that with us waylander.

to all of us that grew up in that era.....who would have thought they would be that rare today....I remember the gas crunch, and everyone said these cars are outdated, enjoy them while you can...well, partly that was true...having owned a '69 Z and a '71 big block Camaro...I get sick thinking about it...I had a '73, '74, and '75 LT-1 Corvette...all one right after another....didn't have a clue what I was doin', just knew I had just missed the Vietnam war and was enjoying life as a young single guy, racing motorcylces and driving cool cars...miss the '70's
