Bought a BMW 328i Convertible !!
Yup....My wife and I just bought this very clean fully loaded 2007 BMW 328i Convertible.
My nephew lives in Austin, TX and hooked us up with a guy there that owns his own company:
MOTORPHILIA: The World's First Fully Online Car Dealership. Austin, TX 512-296-7930.
He goes to many auto auctions and seeks out cars for his clients.
He is meticulous when looking over potential cars to purchase.
My nephew has become good friends with him and has bought two cars from him and his reputation is very good in the automotive business.
He found this one owner BMW with only 27000 miles and a clean history and a complete service record.
We got this car for $10,000,00 below list and we have the remainder of the 4yr/50000 mile factory warranty.
In service date was August 23, 2007
We will be getting it in the next two weeks.
Either we will fly down and drive it home or Aaron will arrange for a closed transport to deliver it to our house.
Here are the only pics I have as of now but I will be posting much better pics soon.

Congrats Gary.
Like I said on FB, hopefully your wife will keep the smokey burnouts to a minimum, you would not want to bother any law enforcement LOL

Mightyjlr, Andrew, FP, and now Gary.......I'm starting to see a pattern here.
Moderator=BMW owner.
Do these people really have Crossfire owners best interests at heart, or are they really just "moles", cleverly planted by the BMW forum to eventually devide and conquer?
If Danimal, RPM, and Patpur switch to the "dark side" all is lost.
Enjoy the ride Gary, don't forget the sunblock.

Both beautiful and powerful cars for the wife but the BMW with that convertible hardtop just won her over.
I'm actually sort of happy we have one of each now
Nothing wrong with a BMW. I can't believe she didn't pick the SLK though. Most woman would die for that car.... but hey everyone has different tastes. You and your wife will both enjoy the car.
It finally arrived from Austin, Texas on a car carrier
Here are a few from my 2007 BMW 328i Hard Top Convertible gallery
Very nice ride, Gary. Wife & you will really enjoy this 328i.
Now you should consider coming down to the Euro AutoFest car show at the BMW plant in Upstate SC. Show is this October and you can have her take a driver's course at the BMW Performance Center, where they'll show her how to really drive that car!
Show is typically for European-derivative makes only. The local XFire Owners brought our cars last year to the event, since the powertrain is M-B. We plan to attend this year, too.
