Default The Wife' New Challenger

My wife and I finally went out and purchased her a new car last week, a 2010 Challenger. Her Taurus had 124,000 on it and while nothing was wrong with it we donated it to her Father because his ride passed on to the big repair shop in the sky. Now to get the Taurus to Fla.

Very nice. That is a great midlife vehicle also. I'll bet she's pretty happy!

Larry will you buy my wife a new car?

Oh wait. Nevermind. She stole my Camry so I "had" to buy an SRT6 and then another!

She seems to really like it so far, it's the "6" but she told the owner of the dealership that she couldn't be trusted with the Hemi - which is probably true.

My wife and I did the same thing this summer, but I wanted the SRT8 version of the Challenger, so I did my search to find a model we would both like and wanted in the PLUM CRAZY color, it took me 2 months to find the ONE we wanted at Kings in Ohio. What a sweet ride, we get so much more noticed with the Challenger than my X-fire does. So far we have 3000 miles on her and all is great, the two cars are both very fast rides, but believe the X-fire SRT6 is faster than the SRT8 Challenger, with the only mod being a cold air intake on both cars.

[quote=kingkub57] we get so much more noticed with the Challenger than my X-fire does.

My wife and I both noticed that more people watch it as it goes by than the Crossfire. She also swears that she already had a cop following her around, I told her that she was just paranoid about it.

That would have been tempting if we didn't already have airline tickets for the ride home. We are going to Hudson about 30 miles north of Tampa on 19.

Funny my wife said the same thing, she thought he was going to pull her over but then he got over and passed her up, he was driving a Charger, and then she figured he was just checking it out, since she was not speeding anyways.

We finally got it looking a little better.

Before After...... And it has sequential turn signal light flashers, all 4 on each side light up as tail lights and brake lights.
