Idiot of the Week
While returning home from Maine over Memorial Day I decided to take the coastal route (US 1) rather I-95. There were the usual holiday tie ups near the beach towns but on open road where it usually runs about 45-50 the speed was around 25.
Somehow a complete idiot managed to figure out how to put a trailer hitch on his Smart car and decided to pull a pop up camper with it 20ft +/- size on hilly roads. As traffic began to move I saw him on the side of road on his cell phone not looking to happy a few miles down.

Sorry, after traffic tie up,I just wanted to get out of there and get home and I wasn't about to stop my car, get my camera out of trunk and stand around a bunch of people wanting to get thru. I did get back on Interstate after that.
I did however, look up trailer hitches for Smart cars, they actually have them, but the Smart specs are 660 pound tow. That popup must have been 12-1400 lbs empty.
