82 bird restore
Besides the 04 Crossfire and the 05 SRT6 I have other cars in my garage, another being an 82 Pontiac Firebird. I've owned this bird from day 1, I'm now giving it a face lift. It's been in the body shop 2 weeks, supposed to get it back the end of next week then going to get new carpeting. It didn't look bad but not up to par with where I liked it to be.

Week 4 and still in the shop. Mike I have 130,000mi on it still runs like when I bought her new. rayth and mimi, no KIT conversion keeping it original.
Finally got her home. A little lighter, more like candy apple red than maroon. I like it, they did a great job, no waves nice and straight. Next week new carpeting and then some pin-striping and 1st car show wit it's new look on Nov4th.

Well never made it to the show, thanks to Sandy. I did Finally got a chance to take some pictures of the bird outside with its new paint job. Still need to get it striped, windows tinted and carpet replaced, would have had it done but Sandy changed all that. I just ordered Eibach lowering springs and a few other goodies.

Got the Firebird back from the shop Friday. Got it lowered, pinstripe, windows tinted and a new factory spoiler. Back in the shop for new carpeting, custom mats and hood liner.
It should settle another .25 to .50 inches after a few weeks.

Overall, very well done !
I have one slight problem, IMHO the exhaust would look better if they were 4-6" shorter, and angle cut top to bottom, but then that's just me.
EDIT : I take all that back - I didn't notice the nice chrome flames at first glance.
