Default My New Daily Driver

Got out of my Jeep lease a little early today and picked this up as a DD. It fits my age bracket a little better than the X-Fire.

Question, Why is Chrysler running the "200" along side the Sebring, seem like another dumb move by Chrysler. Why didn't they just drop the Sebring line and replace it with the 200, they look similar from the outside, overall body shape. The auto magazines trashed the latest Sebring, but are praising the "200"! Another reason not to believe the writers....

Sebring was dropped in the 2010 model year and replaced by the 200, which is basically a refreshed Sebring with new front/rear end, interior, engine (Pentastar V6) and suspension tweaks.

180 - Thanks for the tip on the Crown Vic. I was thinking either that or a 1986 Buick LeSabre as my next DD.

So, Jim, this replaced your Jeep - you still have the Crossfire, right? If so, let's understand this - you live in Michigan where winter snows are a total bugger, and yet you have two convertibles, both silver with black tops. Right? And not even the retractable hard top on the 200? Brave man!

Mike - No worries; I use only Meguiars products to get my ragtops thru the Michigan winters. (Plus my wife has a Jeep)

Hey, I will be in Orange Co this Fall on a biz trip. I'll keep you posted and maybe we can have a beer on your side of the country.

If I'm in town then the beer's on me this time. I should only be travelling twice in the early fall - Barrett-Jackson in Vegas sometime in September and then SEMA in late Oct/early Nov. so the odds of missing you are slim.
