They did in the late 70's early 80's. I was in Paris in 83 and most recently in 2002 and that video looks more like late 70's to me. Fun to watch no matter the decade.

All Paris, actually all Europe, was black in the 70's. You should see it now. They sand blasted the whole city and re gilded all the buildings and monuments. It's just down right stunning. London was even worse. Now it's completely different. I'm sure some of our forum Brit's will agree. No matter when, its a great way to see all the tourist attractions. Arc de Triumph, the Odelisk, La Place de la Concorde , Paris Opera, La Madelaine, Le Sacre Coure, Mont Matre, WOW!!!!

that first video has been up for quite a while now. I've seen it plenty of times. It was made for a film festival, the director of the film was the driver of the Ferrari. He was arrested immediately after the showing of the film
