The U.S. Army M551 "Sheridan" AR/AAV (Armored Reconnaissance/Airborne Assault Vehicle) Amphibious Light tank. Produced from 1966-1970/in service under various forms, from 1969 - 1997.
This light tank was used by mostly airborne units and was usually dropped on a skid from a transport aircraft. The crew would not be in the tank when it was dropped off).
The armor was an aluminum alloy and steel. The tank weighed about 15 tons. The main gun varied, but the most common was the M81E1 152mm grenade launcher.
Top speed: Road: 43mph/69 km/h Swimming: 3.6 mph/5.8km/h. This tank failed because of unreliability and thin armor.

America's "Tiger Tanks".
During the Korean Conflict some American tanks were painted with tiger faces and claws on them. This was a type of psychological warfare, playing on the superstitions of the Chinese soldiers that were aiding the North Koreans.
It was used during the Lunar Calendar of 1950 - 51 which was ironically, the year of the tiger. There is no evidence whether this tactic actually worked or not. I would not want my tank painted like that. Nothing is better than a bright yellow target to shoot at. However, it does look cool.
Below are two examples: The M4A3E8 Sherman and the M26 Pershing which would later be upgraded and renamed the M46 Patton.

Impressive top speed.
I am guessing that it would be a rough noisy ride when going flat out.

On a road it would be relatively smooth. Off road with ruts and holes would be a bit bouncy.
How do you like that "shell trap" on the turret? It's right above the driver's head.
That's the first place I would shoot at. LOL!
