First are the style 2 decals still available and is there any chance of getting them in something close to a saphire silver blue color for the background and if so how much extra? Also what do I have to do to order them?

Andrew, I ordered my set a while back and finally got around to putting them on a few weeks ago. Went on easy and they really look nice.
