WTB: Front plate bracket
Unfortunately, my state (SD) requires the front plate, and as of now I have the plate screwed in via pre-existing holes in the bumper.
I purchased a couple plastic push fasteners and painted them with touch up paint, and now I'm looking to find the plate bracket so I can mount it a little farther down the front bumper (see Franc's picture):
Anyone willing to part with one for cheap?

That was fast!
Guess I'm not sure what a fair price would be.. It would be shipping to 57106.. Somewhere around 20 bucks sound fair? If not, let me know what works for you.
