I think the total was $246 + 120 miles and 4 hours round trip to pick them up. How much is your time worth?

To each there own, but if you give a round number like (50k/yr) that's about 25/hr. Meaning 246+100... if you include the fuel costs, 120miles, lets just for ***** and giggles say you get the national reimbursement rate for mileage .55/mile (which covers fuel and wear/tear on your car) then that would be 246+100+66. Hell lets say you want to make a 20% profit on your advantageous purchase, 20% x 246 = 49.20 That means that a selling price of 461.20 would seem fair to me.

But hey, that's just the rational person I am... to each there own. GLWS.

I too got in on this and it was just over $450 for the whole car. I must admit that your time driving back and forth from costco was free but $350 for your time? Sorry, but that's way out there. I wouldn't charge someone that if I drove 300 miles for them.

Yes, the 255's for the back. Why are the others upset because I want to save someone about $200?

I was thinking along these lines as well. Personally, I think $400 would be more than fair since obviously your time and gas is not free but at the same time, you cant' expect someone to pay $350 for it. That's worse than a stealership. Just my opinion.

Good luck either way.

I still don't understand why you are upset. I am offering a item 25% below the price you pay for it anywhere else.
So unless you can meet or beat my price.....

I too sold (2) sets of rear tires, I bought them knowing I would not need them (I run 20s all the way around) and got them simply to sell here. They retailed for over $300 a tire and I sold both pairs for $250. I made what I thought was fair (I think around $25) and helped out a few friends on here who needed them. Take your overpriced **** to another forum, and when you have some issue with your car you can not figure out, I hope someone here charges you appropriately for their time

I'm not calling anyone out. I did a search for Michelin PS2 tires, the tires I'm selling, the tires this thread is for, with no results.

Good luck on the sale. That is a good price.

Thanks for the link for the discount tires to go place. I just bought a pair of fronts to go with my Costco deal rear tires.
