These are not a perfect fit in the console. Why not just make one to fit right? The humidor meters, and Crossfire decals are easy to find.

I've actually thought about doing this very thing... BUT, I think storing them long-term in the severely fluctuating temps of the car would be detrimental to the flavor. I keep mine temperature AND humidity controlled.

Rduy, I understand totally what you mean though about wanting the original parts. Go for it bud, I'll stay off ebay

Yeah, I guess I see only as a transport device, not for long term storage.

That would be the only thing I'd ever use it for.

Hence why I'd be reluctant to sink a lot of time or money into one... As it is, I already use a Xicar cigar sleeve. It holds two; either one for now/one for later, OR one for you, and one for your buddy.

Slips discreetly into your inner coat-pocket.

Alright, Which one of you guys bought it? John, if it was you, I take back all the nice things I said about your wing. LOL Just kidding.

I knew I should have just bought it and not waited for the end of the auction. Whoever got it, I hope truly appreciates it as it looked to be in really good shape.

Congrats John on your new humidor.
Having you and your wife here at the Dragon GTG with all of us has been a pleasure.
Sitting here in the lobby at Fontana lodge working ebay has been fun as well

at least I don't need to put president on the back of my car for everyone to know I'm something special. John be careful what you hear because I've been told that if it wasn't for cicci .org would have gone by the wayside a month ago...
Gary did you just call me a *****? I thought namecalling was frowned upon.

I see a conflict of interest here...

How can the pres of CICCI also be a moderator here on .org?

I guess defending CICCI is part of the job...

Anyhow, Good luck John and post some pics when it arrives

James

Not me, I can assure you. My debit card is still cooling down from the wing purchase...
