i hope it wasnt someone you know that bought them, those are not srt seats. srt are leather/elcantra and embroidered. Quite a few people have offered thier limited seats plus $500 for srt seats, but ive already put lightweight seats in the car.

I dont see my asking price being anywhere near too high. your looking at $1800 for replacement seats from the stealership.

hell even the SRT8 seats sell for near this much, even higher and they are far more produced then the srt6 seats.

I think I am qualified to look at a seat, determine that it is alcantara and leather embroidered with an SRT logo, and know it is one identical to the many SRTs I have been in, not to mention the part number was spot on

They are no different then any other srt6 seat. I could post any pic of a set of srt seats off eBay if I were trying to scam someone. But yes I can get pics, they are in storage so I'll get them when I get a chance to swing by there tomorrow or Saturday.

 

I doubt that anyone would accuse you of scamming. The whole point of the pictures are so that potential buyers can see the condition of the seats. Most importantly.... Are there any significant wear marks on the drivers side outside bolster? Does the Alcantara show any significant signs of wear?

These are all questions that you can answer, but for a significant purchase like this a potential buyer would want to see pictures of the condition, and specifically the areas that I mentioned. While taking pictures, you may want to include close ups of these areas.

driver side has wrinkes in leather lower left lumbar from entry/exit of car. non smoker, no stains. seats have been wraped in pastic bags in a climate controlled storage building. white particulates on driver seats is lint. like i said earlier everything works on the seats i just adjusted them forward to remove them then unplugged them.

well, if I were in the market, which I am not right now....this would be a difficult item to sell...not because they aren't worth the asking price, because they are, but the shipping would drive the price up...unless you were local...love to have a spare...just in case...so, anyone close to you, within that 300 miles should jump on these babies...because they will only become more rare as times goes by...

 

.. it's not like they're going to be making any more..that's for sure!
