Default SRT6 rotors and calipers

I have a full set, front and back, SRT6 rotors sitting in the garage. The rotors have about 27K miles on them and are in very good condition...(came off the Aero)

I also have another set of FRONT rotors only that have only about 15K miles on them. (came off the SSB) SOLD

Also one set of FRONT Calipers for the SRT6 in very good condition. (came off the Aero) SOLD

If anyone is interested, PM me with an offer. Rotors are not light so shipping needs to be considered. If you are in the Pacific NW, a road trip could be arranged....

No, not the yellow ones. Those are C32 rotors and calipers, that is why I have a set of stock SRT6 calipers....

I have been thinking of the SRT-6 Rotors and calipers with ceramic pads for my 2006 LTD Roadster. Tell me what is the piston count on the calipers and have the rotors ever been turned? Ball park of what you want for them.

The SRT6 fronts are a 2 piston caliper(one side) and 330mm rotors... neither set of rotors has been turned... the full front/back set has 27k miles and one set front only has 15k miles.....

what do you want for the SRT front set with calipers? Assuming you still have them. How much trouble is it to change from NA type to SRT type, what kind of pads does it have if any? I think I'm just going for the front maybe change to 6 piston calipers with ceramic pads later. Did they turn true when taken off and do you think they will need to be turned?

There is nothing wrong with the calipers or the rotors... I just upgraded the rotors all around to slotted on the Aero in '08 and then upgraded the fronts to C32 rotors and calipers and moved the slotted fronts to the SSB (which I sold)... That is why I have one full set and one front only set of rotors and the calipers.....

How does $150 + shipping sound for the calipers and the rotors w/ 15k miles?

Doc, I am pretty certain that the SRT brakes can be swapped over to the NA with no problem... you MUST change the rotors also as they are bigger(330mm) to match the calipers... this is a good upgrade for the NA... I am sure if you search the brake upgrade threads you will find this also....

Do the calipers have pads with them or will I need to buy a set? If they have pads, what are they.

sorry, no pads. They were the factory originals and got replace with the DiscItalia kevlar titanium... but of course those went on the SSB with the slotted rotors....So you will need to get pads... the DiscItalia KT or ceramic pads are both good... along with several others...

Mike, if it wasn't for the shipping, that is a good deal just to have on the shelf for later. Curious what the C32 upgrade is?

I guess I need to order some pads for SRT-6 2005 to make sure I get the correct pad. Do you have a pad you have used that is real good. I want ceramic so it will not squell. If you have a reccomendation, where did you purchase them.

Jim,
I upgraded the fronts to C32 4 piston calipers and 345mm drilled/slotted rotors..... I bought them used and had the rotors turned and I painted the calipers yellow and put the ////AMG stickers on them.... also had to use 10mm spacers with the factory wheels to clear the calipers.... they look great and work great!! pics in my gallery
