A Spoiler for the Roadster may be tough to find. Be certain to check for cracks in the risers, this is a common problem for the Roadster Spoiler!

Thanks. I have been looking for one for over a year. Found one overseas but it was to much to get it here.

That's going to be a hard item to find. There were less that 1000 of those cars built and a good number of them have cracks in the risers on the wing. I think if you can find one at all it would be worth the price. I guess that depends on how badly you want/need it though.....

Sounds like there's a business opportunity here for a reproduction replacement.

I'm confused. Are the SRT Roadster wings different from the SRT Coupe wings?

I thought they were the same??

I'm not 100% sure but I think that the attachment angle is different on the coupe vs the roadster. There has to be some difference that causes the cracking on the roadsters but not on the coupe.

They are different. The Roadster wing is pushed back causing the weight and angle of the wing to stress the forward portion of the riser. This was done to clear the action of the soft top. The SRT-6 Coupe wing will not work on a Roadster without modification!

Do what makes you feel comfortable.

For me, longtime members with lots of posting should be no problem. You could always ask one of the moderators. New members just wanting to sell are another story.

Either way they should be able to send you an original photo or post it to their photo gallery.

Good luck

Do not do it, I sense a scam. Did the offer come through this site or only seem to be connected to this site.
Dormant PayPal are dormant for a reason sometimes - FRAUD.

You posted your email and phone number when you started this thread. Gary Taylor could be a lurker and not a forum member. My recommendation would be to edit your thread removing your email and phone number so that only forum members with access can contact you. As always, buyer beware.

Okay, a wrecked SRT6 roadster has appeared. It will likely be in wait status for a month. These go for more than an SRT6 coupe, and has hit on driver front with blown bags.

Question is, would you be willing to pay $1000 for a wing and mounting plate.

If I don't think I could get at least that, I won't pay the upcharge over a wrecked coupe.

This is only the second one I have seen, I passed on a previous one because it was hit so hard from driver front corner, the engine was shifted over and tilted. To much risk of damage to engine and tranny which is big part of profit potential (or loss). It still went for at least a grand over an SRT6 coupe, had 80k on it and just didn't look that nice.

I assume when you say mounting plate you mean trunk lid, and is $1000 with shipping (my zip is 13054)
