Hello all,
I am in need of a secondary air injection (smog) pump for my SRT-6. I eliminated my emissions components when I went to my turbo setup but now I am putting it back on in case I move to somewhere that requires emissions testing. I can get one from LKQ for $139.00 shipped but I would rather buy from someone on here if available.

I PM'd him(them?) and posted in the introduction thread a while back and did not get a response.

 

I have the SRT6 air injection pump, and responded to someone recently. I have looked at LKQ, and they list air injection pumps for the NA Crossfire for $139, but not for the SRT6. The pumps are not the same, even though they may say they are, they will not interchange.

I sell the SRT6 pump for $195, and NA pumps for $139 (currently out of NA pumps). If you have a link to an actual SRT6 pump at LKQ, I would honestly like to see it. I did a search for an 05 NA, and an 05 SRT6, and LKQ popped up same pump for both.

 

I do know there is a difference as I have a lot of experience with these vehicles as well as 2 years working at a Mercedes Benz dealership.

I looked at it, but could not tell for sure exactly what it is. I would ask for pictures, just to be sure. Normally the interchange will cross over part numbers, but on that same site, enter srt6, and still not sure what your getting as they list it as a base, srt6???

I know mine came off an SRT6, because I am the one who took it off!

If it will fit on an srt6, better get it as that is a dirt cheap price.

 

I sent an email to the yard as they are not open on the weekends and I will follow up tomorrow with a phone call. LKQ is usually pretty good with vehicle type filters. I worked at a Toyota dealer for 6+ years and a Mercedes dealer for 2year, and we used LKQ for used parts at both places with very few incorrect parts.
