Somehow the access door (in the wheel well) to my passenger side fog light came loose and fell off.

I just got some thin but stiff aluminum sheet and made a new cover. I put some notches on one end to fit the original space and there has to be a gentle curve to it. I put a tab on it for a screw to hold it on. Then I painted it black, it works well and hasn't fallen off yet. My car didn't have any on it when I purchased it so I had nothing to work with.

 

Tom, I had to replce both mine and IIRC they were something like $10 a piece, not too bad...

I just replaced both of my missing accesss doors and bought the parts from my local Chrysler dealer. Here is the crazy part. Although they look identical, there is a slight difference so you have to buy one of each.......and the kicker is that one is $9.00 and the other is $33.00. The parts guy could not provide an acceptable explanation.
