I have a Eurocharged Tuning Cable that I bought to do a Eurocharged tune on the SRT6 that I used to own. I am not sure what its worth but best offer takes it. I used the cable once and it worked great. Has been in a plastic bag in box since. I tried to post pics but its telling me a security token is missing so if you would like I am happy to email you pics.

Don't take this the wrong way, but you can buy one from eBay for $13. Nothing special about the cord.

The EC plugs have all the pins (16) and some of the OBD plugs have less pins (14).
If I recall correctly EC requires all the pins to be present. This was discussed some years back.
