Dash kit

Hey guys i am looking for the dash kit that gets rid of the air bag light, lighrt, and ash try. To put in a screen I saw it on here dose anyone know how I can get my hands on one?

Get one custom made = much money or make one yourself = much hassle.
Or wait for the printed one being described on this forum.
