Offered here is an SRT6 Supercharger. This was removed from an SRT6 with only 31,000 miles. The mechanic working on the car told the owner the "noise" was coming from the supercharger. Customer bought a new supercharger and had it installed. It turned out that the "noise" was just a bad bearing in the supercharger pulley . . . DUH!
