Default Went back to the track today...

I wasnt going to go, but decided what the heck...I've never done a ET race and I would get good track prep.... I only got three runs...two trials and one race...

First time: 12.19@112.45mph 60' was 1.83

Second time: 12.15@113.27mph 60' was 1.82 other lane blewup and oiled the track.

Third time: 12.22@112.38 on 12.1 dial, RT -.103. Other lane was 12.42 on 12.38 dial, RT -.020.

No spinning and the car was very consistant.

Those are some pretty consistent times. It's amazing how a well prepped track can contribute to ET's.

You're posting up some pretty rare times - I'm sure by fall you'll break down that elusive 11 sec barrier.

Very nice Mike. It's been too hot & humid lately down here to attempt any runs. I want to go so bad to the track but I'll have to wait for a decent Friday night to go. Congrats on those consistent times!

I had a feeling you were going back. The ET races always have the best traction. Once you get comfortable what your car will run at certain temps and get those reaction times in check you'll be deadly out there.

That was a typo, that was my 60' times on the first two. My RT's were not great, .2xx - .4xx.

good job, did you get any vids?

We have had some nice temps and actually low humidity the last few weeks but i haven't been able to make the 3+ hour drive up to the track.
