She broke into the 12s
Tonight, ThumperSRT6, Mimi05SRT, and myself went to Orlando SpeedWorld. I am proud to say our SRT broke into the 12s with a 12.956 ET @ 109.78 mph and a 2.054 60'. That's with only a DIY CAI, everything else bone stock. Track prep wasn't that great, way too many Mustangs, and a Camaro ate the wall right before our last pass. Good time out with some good peeps! Looking forward to Dec. 4 Sunday Funday.

Doc, I've been molding my ride since my first BMX bike! This vehicle can get pricey to play with, so I can wait to finish getting all of the interior accessories first. My problem is that I would prefer to take a vacation with Kim than crack into the 11s. My priorities are so skewed now........
It is addictive...you just want to go faster....all the time....Kim will understand...put your list together now just in time for Christmas...Rob does lay-a-ways....lol
She doesn't understand my want to drag race like I don't get her excitement about going around blind corners on mountainsides. Besides, she wants a new computer for X-Mas, so we keep her happy with what she wants. I may not be that old, but I've learned to stay happy by making my woman happy first. And that takes most of us fellas too long to learn!
Also, I was running 5-6 tenths slower than ThumperSRT6(NW CAI, manis, he, code3, tune) and 7-9 tenths slower than Mimi05SRT(DIY CAI, code3, tune, no pass. seat, track tires) so I'll be playing with my TB soon enough to free up the FREE hp. Let's see where that puts us and then we'll see about the pulley/tune come tax season.

Guess what folks....The DA was negative last night! Too bad the track was slippery as heck. Several accidents because of it too.
Here Chuk....It's not your 12.9, but I got your second run (13.02 @110 MPH).

And here's Chuck (ThumperSRT6) with his new record 114.7 MPH. Too bad he couldn't hook by brake boosting or his time would have been his best too.

And here's my slowest pass of the day. I spun so bad off the line that I had to let up then accelerate again. 12.2 @ 114 mph. My best was only a 12.1 @115 because I took it easy off idle to avoid wheel spin. GTO with a 250 shot ran a 11.1 @133 mph spinning through 1st, kicking my butt.
