Default 2013 Solo Nationals

Folks,

With last year's decision from the SCCA to move a bunch of cars from AS and BS to FS, unfortunately my NA Crossfire is not competitive anymore. Well, I believe that with the FS index, the SRT6 will be very competitive and was wondering if an SRT6 owner would be willing to offer me a co-drive in September. If you do, please PM me to discuss details, by no means I want a freebie.

Marco

Not going to nationals this year but I did want to agree with you about the whole reclassing, the srt in Fs was a great move for us, but moving all the other rwd cars was a mistake, supposed to be a fun competition but then they put the crossfire, v6 mustangs and camaros with the bigger counterparts. .. huge mistake by the

I'm confused. I thought that the NA Crossfire was in DS, and according to the SCCA 2013 Rule Book, it still is in DS. Am I mistaken? So what makes the Crossfire less competitive? It never was, as I recall, ever dominant in DS.

If you look at next year, at least that's what I was referring to, most all rwd cars from Ds are going to Fs

For 2013, the NA Crossfire is still in DS. The problems is that a lot of high powered RWD cars were moved from to FS which has a relatively easy index.

For 2014, there is a proposal to make the situation even worse by moving the NA Crossfire to FS alongside the SRT6.
