So I finally got to take the crossfire to the track and get some runs in. It was way more difficult than I thought. I thought I would mash the gas and run at least 12s but that didn't happen at all. It was pretty sad. Basically with TC off I mashed the gas and the car spun and then basically cut power for a full 1-2s then it would wake back up again. The track was packed so I only got 3 runs in over the course of 3 hours. I definitely have quite a bit to learn. The fastest time I left TC on and let the computer do it's thing and managed a 13.3.Temperature was low 50s F
I think the car is running pretty good I just need to learn to drive. I attached the datalog file in excel format from my LM-2 and it looks like there's a little more power to be made. I need to log the
Mods:
Almost all the bolt ons available
NW DCAI
Big NW Manifolds
NW Catless Exhaust
EC Pulley
EC Tune
The mph is enough for 12's so yeah, you need to practice a lot. I never learned to launch hard on street tires. I got frustrated and bought drag radials.
Im concerned about your trap speeds with those mods, they should be closer to velociabstract with those low temps. The DA should have been good since your in Houston.
Ya I thought they were a couple mph low also but I didn't record timing from the OBD port. Did you look at the excel file? Is it normal for boost to decrease and lean at the gear change? I wish I would have got all 3 runs recorded. That LM-2 is cool when it works but it's quite glitchy.

I honestly cant say as im not a tuner. I was just thinking that your trap speeds were off based on your mods and the temps you were running in compared to guys with lesser mods running in the heat trapping similar mph's.
your 60ft times need improving, for every 0.1 you can shave on the 60ft = 0.2 seconds improvement in the 1/4 mile ET. your mph will go up as well if you are not wasting the power spinning the tires and having traction control kicking in. get better tires or go to a track with better preparation for grip and your times will fall dramatically! drag racing is a skill that takes time to master, stick with it and you will impress the spectators with such a rare car that they never knew could become fast.
I can say definitely you have a 12 second car.... practice practice practice… you have to control the launch, when it studdered I would guess you let off while spinning then got back on it... ease off throttle but stay in it...don't just let off... but hey, you are racing my friend..
