Missed you with your Lotus Elise, too bad... Because I smoked two of them on Saturday... It's not the car, it's the AS* in the seat!!!

Did you tape your lights up to prevent them from cracking or am I going insane?

Insanity is a very subjective term! But yes, I did tape up the headlights much like all of us do when we race our cars on the desert tracks of So. Cal. Try being a foot behind another car who's running off the rumble strips kicking-up rocks... It's bad enough on the front bumper... It's an "old school" thing... we used to tape them up when they were made of glass so if they broke, they wouldn't cut-up the tires of everyone else...

The seats are great, the best investment I've made for the car! I had to custom make the brackets to fit in the old mounting holes, but they do make brackets for them... They sat a bit too high for my comfort...

how tall are you? i'm 6'1, think that's too tall for the normal brackets, i enjoy sitting low.
