Nice.
The urathane they use to install windshield works great to reinstall the clips.
I have tried different methods, but went to a window and windshield shop and got a tube of it, works great.

Rec'd the transmission fluid dipstick today that I ordered. Probably have a transmission filter & fluid change sometime in the near future.

Hey Dennis, try to remember to NOT flush the transmission system. Generally, it is a bad idea.

Definitely agree on that.
Leaves that solution in the Torque converter.

Yeah - I don't plan on doing a full tranny flush. Just drain the fluid, change the filter, install a new pan gasket, re-install the pan & drain plug (with new copper sealing washer) & refill with the required fluid. That wil take about 5 liters of fluid according to the Service Manual (see attached). I can get a complete
transmission service kit from Amazon transmission service kit from Amazon
for less than $90 that includes everything required for this service.

Replace the transmission connector while you are at it, if you have not already done so.
Some ( like me ) also took the opportunity to replace the connector plate assembly.
Both are in this kit :
Amazon Amazon

Got the 2007 Coupe covered up with the oncoming winter storm heading towards us in Upstate SC. Calling for a Winter Storm Advisory for our area, with possible 1-2 inches of snow. Sub-freezing temps forecasted for middle of the week.

Swapped the Speedybenz rear camber links with Speedway Motors parts (thnx ala-xfire). Last winter finally put a dent in our terrible drought, but crap; we will have 90F + in much of our area for a week!

Haven't done it yet, but have some LED DRL's coming. I'll mount them in the lower grilles, they will look like :

\......... ......../

There was someone at Trish's tech day in Atlanta ( actually Gainesville ) with them, don't remember who but I'm not above stealing an idea. I'm tired of always having to turn on my fog lights.

These : http://www.ebay.com/itm/122310876240

Huh, send me a couple pics when done please.
Would like to see if the angles on lights match the angles of lower grille.
Going to just wire into the running lights without using relays?
Would like to know if they are even noticable or be just for looks.

Actually come to think about it, how about changing fog lights to hid and wiring to a relay on the running lights so they stay on when running lights are on and not just when low beams are on ????

Anyone tired this?
Or thought of this?

Based on my experience with the price of these DRLs you will be replacing them in 3 months IF they last that long. Spend a little more & you won't have to work on them in the near future.

They do look snappy, and give the car a distinct look. Interesting to see how you place them and the frontal overall look!

I finished the leather trim and interior makeover , i resisted the urge to cover the dash top in leather ,i think the sun here would kill it .
all the leather pieces came from j-f customs in the UK.

no more beige interior windshield trim either !!.<br/> all now wrapped in charcoal leather with light grey stitching.

A little busy for my taste, but stands out as a unique SRT-6. Nice Job!

Whose dead pedal did you use?
