So I was driving on the express way and my hood flys up and bam on my windshield now my hood looks like this! Is there anyways in possible that my hood can be repaired because really don’t want to be paying 800 dollars for a hood lol.

That's not a simple repair. A body shop would charge close to take and you would most likely end up with Bondo on your hood. Not to mention a new paint job that would be a bit more shiny than the fenders. Look around , find a SSB hood that's within driving distance, spend a day, save a few hundred bucks. Ohhhhhh, an check that latch!

From the looks of it, that is what happened. The hood opened up and hit the top?

I think you may not find a body shop willing to fix that. As mentioned, a used hood is the next best option. It would be nice to get the same color even though it may need painted.
