Thanks Blackxfire ! We actually got up to 110mph on the 3rd lap comin out of turn two, the pace car was definetly holding us back, I think because the 15 car pack had split up into several groups. We did do a second set of laps and some of the guys got up over 120mph, we unfortunately got stuck behind a new Charger that would barely hit 90. Oh well...already planning on going back in September.

I actually quit smoking in April !!! Woo Hoo ! My favorite cigar at the time was a "cheap one" !

I simply wanted to stop by to compliment you and your staff of directors and volunteers on the wonderful job you folks are doing for Kids Charities. I was part of a group of folks made up of Chrysler Crossfire owners from across the State of Texas and Oklahoma running laps for the kids. The Volunteer Staff we encountered were courteous, professional, always smiling and grateful to the various groups who showed up to attempt to chase down the pace car !
We all thoroughly enjoyed our time at the track.

That's great Hal. I did the same to my contact there. Maybe next September they'll tell the pace car to take those Crossfires up to 120.

 

I wonder how much it would cost me for ME to be the pace car!!!!

 

Awesome video... and ya just got to LOVE Kat's excitement!!!!!!! I truly think she meant it when she said, "That's orgasmic!"......

 

Hal, you and Kitten did a great job on the video and commentary, Next time I'm going to run the double and not worry about the video. Very gentlmanly of you to write te track folks and I'm sure everyone dittons your comments.
