Thumbs up Running Of The Crossfires Ii

Never too early to plan. The Texas Motor Speedway next Children's Charities event for 2009 is scheduled for 26 September at the TMS. Let's shoot for 50 cars in Sept. Make your plans now and keep checking for updates. Infernoredxfire, nominate you to honcho this as you did such an outstanding job for the 9 May event. We certainly have to get more Crossfires than SMART Cars. heehee

I"m in. How about any of us staying over night, trying to get the same hotel. It was the best weekend I've had in a long time.

Just try keeping us away! Wouldn't miss it for anything.

We had a fantastic time - my wife even enjoyed it (but then again she got to ride in the pace car)!

Sounds Great!
Maybe we could plan an after party next time so we all go to the same place .... Like the meeting place lunch that worked out so well..
A centralized Hotel pub or even a mtg hall at the hotel. or around the pool area.
Perma Grin Continues......

That would be awesome.... Just a thought, if we do an after party... and we get a hall or even at a pub, depending on management..... I do own a DJ/Karaoke company... I could set up and hire one of my DJ buds to work it for me for the entertainment....

Needless to say, the September event will be bigger and better. I have been requested to start a new thread that will become the official thread to track things as they develop up to the event. So, stay tuned!

Eric, before the ride and when you paid they should have had you fill out a form with your address so they can mail you the receipt for your records. If they didn't, I suggest you call them at (817) 215.8421 and ask them to send it to you.
