Now that I got your attention is anyone still interested in driving their crossfire, eating some good food, and having some drinks? You can't blame it on the weather anymore so what's up? Lets try to get something going for March. Post a reply. Anything. Even if it's to say Nathon you suck and I don't want to hang out with you. A response is at least a start.

I'm all over the place. I work by Sugarland but live at Beltway 8 & I-10 (North Shore) on the east side of town going towards Baytown. If we can get enough people it doesn't matter to me where the gtgs are. I love driving my xfire.

 

I'm in for March, but can we do something earlier, say 1 o clock instead of 3, as that would be better for me , whacha think ?

 

We are still here. Just waited to see if people were still interested. I have few thoughts for March, one short and cheap, the others a little longer and some investment.

Here are a few thoughts:

Short and Cheap:

Weekend of March 7th and 8th. -74 Annual Azalea Trail and Home Tour-You can do a Google Search and get the details. It is down in the River Oaks area. We could do this for a little bit and then meet for drinks somewhere in the area.

Little Longer and Some Investment:

• Trip to Fredricksburg and stay overnight.
• Trip to Galveston and stay overnight

Let's see what kind of interest we can get going and we will plan accordingly.

Meet somewhere on the Gulf Freeway, then convoy to "The Spot" on the seawall. Burgers and drinks. Could all be done in a few hours a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Hang out, watch the surf. Grab some photo's.

I'll buy the first round of beer but you are on your own for the women. If we go to Galveston in March it is spring break so you never know what you might see.

 

If the weather is good I vote for the Galveston trip. If it is still cold then I would rather wait for some warmer weather and do something else, indoors. What do yall think?

 

OK, we have 2 for Galveston so far if the weather is good. I have a twist, on March 6th in the Uptown Shopping Center near Starbucks, the monthly Coffee & Cars GTG takes place. I hear there are a good variety of cars always there. Checking out their website, it goes from 8-10. We could meet there, grab some coffee, take a look around and head on down to Galveston after.
