Couldn't leave town until 11:30/12, but could meet up with the group at the restaurant.

Carmela and I have a bit of a mundane situation so we don't know if we can make it. Last night our refrigerator/freezer of 16 years stopped working and we went out to look for a replacement. We are trying to see if we can get one delivered tomorrow, but so far two places told us Saturday.

If only 2 people are going to show, I would suggest postponing until next month

Why don't you start a running list and have people add their names. We should know by tonight if we can make it.

Have you tried Home Depot. They have free delivery and will haul away the old frig. You might be able to get a military 10% discount also. I don't know about delivery time.

Thanks Bill. We went there this evening and ordered one. Got a 10% discount. It won't get delivered until June 2nd though. The bad news is we are going to be inconvenienced some what until then. The good news is we can now go on the GTG.

From the string of posts. I think the following can come:

1) The Beep
2) TerryR and Margaret
3) Texas Xfire-Maybe
4) Christine-Maybe
5) Marine05 and Carmela

Please confirm everyone. As Terry mentioned it is not so fun with only 2.

As Glen said in a previous post, due to the small numbers, it would probably be best to postpone until sometime in June. Not much fun with just small numbers.

Toast.

We'll have another go at it in June.

I'll probably hit Galveston and "Salsa's" this weekend. Their fajita tacos are amazing. Ocean temp is 81.
