I have to prepare for my duel with Itsky and Doc Holiday at the CAA.
Jane Bridges is likely waiting for your hotel to have shampoo before she decides.
rodisaster with a steek! ( I'm going Latino)

A big THANKS! to everyone who made the TMS Laps for Charity weekend another very enjoyable experience! Sue and I had a great time meeting, talking, eating and driving with a great bunch of Crossfire enthusiasts.
Eric was a great host, providing great rooms at a fantastic price, a wonderful place to gather on the pool patio and getting snacks and refreshments. Thanks to Joe and Helena for caravanning down with us from OKC. Also, thanks to Ron, Barb and Cameron, Terry and Margaret, Danny and Sonia, and Char for providing wonderful company and lots of laughs. You have a fantastic bunch of people in your DFW and CTC groups for welcoming us into your fold – I wish I were closer so I could be a permanent part.
Babe's had wonderful food as always, and the 'spirited' driving around town as a group was lots of fun. And the laps themselves were terrific, hitting 95 - 100 mph this time. We had a total of 10 cars in the groupand I think I did see some SSB paint on the pace car’s bumper from Eric’s car, and Ron might have left a little Blaze Red on Eric’s
. Our first group ran very close and it was a thing of beauty to see such a tight line of Crossfires going around the track. Breakfast at IHOP was a fun end to an excellent weekend.
THANKS AGAIN and we’ll see everyone in the fall for the TMS II! It should be another outstanding event!
Photos will be posted tonight…

Glad to hear you all had a good time. Especially glad they let you get a little loose and have fun on the track.
I hope the same holds true for the fall run. The CAA behind us by then, I plan to make it out there.

I have to echo Jon's comments, we had a great time, great people and Eric is the best host. Barb, Cameron and I are looking forward to the next run in September. I really believe we set ourselves up for a good run at reasonable speed. Our crossfire group was close together and we were allowed to get decent speed. Other groups had wide gaps between cars and were not allowed to run as fast.
I posted some pictures of the weekend in my gallery:

Thanks again to all!

Thanks for the pictures, Jon.... I had a blast. The TMS was great, but nothing could have been better than the get-together before and after the event. Another awesome weekend
I really liked the steady speed behid the pace car going an average of a little above 90. It's sooooo cool looking in the rear view mirror and seeing all those crossfires close together

We would like to thank you for your assistance in making it a Fantastic Weekend. Can't wait for the next one. Great to meet evryone again. Loved your new paint job. It was also a nice thing on your part to raffle the Car Mats, and it couldn't have gone to a more appreciative crossfire owner. He was so>>>oooo thrilled. Thoroughly enjoyed the Saturday Night around the pool. Thanks to all your staff.
Regards
Terry, Margaret & Buddy
We're so sorry we couldn't make this last one, but we will try to make the one in September. And DC'Xfire wants to show off her new (to her) XFire Roadster to boot. Plus, we can make a convoy of at least two Crossfires this time.
