I had to cancel out on CAA II and plan on attending the local CTC GTG 23 July. Depending on how my strength is at the time, I cannot commit to attending the full GTG. Nothing has been posted for some time, please update the plan and the list of attendees.
Thanx

Where is Bill F on all this. He founded the club and this is a GTG in the name of CTC. Kris has been very quiet on this for 3 weeks, and I don't see any input from Bill F. Bill, I think he could use a little of your experience on this,, What Say?

Your reply has left my comments dried up. If I make a trip down there and there is no GTG, I will turn in my #15
Kris came out of the dark and appears to be doing ok, but everyone's first time out is bound to be a little shakey. Unless I see some written instructions to follow-up on the GTG, I'm not going to waste my gas. Sorry, but I did my share along with Paul W.
John P still sick

Is this GTG still going to happen? I have been so busy with racing and rebuilding motors for me and my teammate that I have lost touch with CTC. But this weekend Teresa and I can make it. And as far as a GTG, Would a Saturday afternoon on one of my race weekends work? I would be racing but Teresa would join all of you and I could arrange for everyone to meet at Thunderhill Raceway and get to go out with the race cars for the meet and greet of the fans on the front straight. They may even let us hae a few laps around the track like they did for the corvette club. Thunderhill is a 3/8 mile paved oval shaped like a "D". Located on I-35 just north of San Marcos at exit 210, Yarrington Road. Only downfall is the road into the track is paved until the parking lot...then dirt and grass parking lot until you enter the pits. Then your back on pavement. Maybe do this August 13th? Let me know what you guys think. I will stay at the track and be racing my NASKART....but after the intro's ya'll could go for a cruise or stay and watch some of the racing.

Mike that sounds like a winner. I'd be all for it. Why don't you do a separate post for Aug 13th CTC GTG?
