Good question: What time, Dave? If Eurocharge is giving us a group tune, I'm in! Thanks for suggesting this, Dave. If we meet early enough, and Euro does their thing, maybe we can include a short drive also? The park road between Bastrop State Park and Buescher (?) Park was a good drive last year. Short drive, though.

Please be advised that we will met ar Eurocharged Performance on Sat.May 24th at 10:30am. The address is posted previously ( on Brittmore ). We will go to Murphys Steakhouse after we finish the xf ECU tunes. They will cost $250.00 for each XF.
WE do need to know who wants a tune , is your car an NA or Srt6, who is going to Murphys to eat.
I will try and get the sign up sheet sometime tomorrow.

How many mods do you need to make the tune effective?

 

I could tell a big difference with nothing other than the TUNE, I think somewhere around 22 HP increase. I added other mods later than added about another 12-15 HP. Get about 211 at the rear wheels.

 

Is Eurocharge still offering a free re-tune to those who have gotten it before?

I think this is just the computer( packaged tune)tune. They bought a new dyno, but it is not installed yet! They can't do the dyno tune until the new dyno is installed and tested.

 

Everyone go down to #24 ( permalink) and add names and other options. Or you can leave a meesage for me to add to your name.

It is in Winchester. Your Garmin can find it at 204 Thomas St. La Grange. Winchester is a small unincorporated collection of buildings, well off the beaten path.

Time at Eurocharged is a little close. I have some business that I have to take care of with Jerry and Adam and it will probably be after you all get your tunes. I have an SRT and Jerry may determine I need a tune refresh or? I can not be sure of Murphys for steak.

 

I think Jerry is going to be doing " FLASH TUNES", all he needs is his computer, a special cable,and your car. Usually only takes a few minutes. Anyone that wants an ECU flash tune should have time to get it!

 

Of course that would depend on how many will show up for the tune and getting us all out there on time to convoy to Murphy's. Dave are you keeping up with tunes on your list?
