Default For HDDP... SRT6 ECU/PCM Sticker and IC Plumbing

HDDP,

Here you go buddy... I'll start with the ECU/PCM Sticker from my SRT6. I'm sure there's a part number in there somewhere...

I was actually able to get the ECU/PCM out without disconnecting anything.

First two pictures of intercooler plumbing attached... more to follow.

More intercooler plumbing pictures attached... sorry, not in any particular order.

NOTE: I'm not sure about the line coming from the firewall to the back of the engine... brake booster? I figured I'd include that along with the air pump plumbing.

Now I KNOW I need to get the car steam cleaned (underside and engine bay).

Thanks Buddy... I'll fire off that part number to my Bosch guy and see what he comes-up with... He still hasn't gotten the specs on the injectors yet... It's time for payback from those steaks.

The shots of the plumbing will help when I start the engine swap, thanks...

Does the intercooler plumbing run through the main radiator or the separate radiator in front of the main ? On the NA car the front radiator is used by the AC system... Also, there is a round black device on the driver side mounted to the forward side of the wheel well, is this a circ pump for the IC ?

This is part of the HVAC system, so I'm thinking the IC shares the front AC radiator...

The SRT6 has a small separate heat exchanger in front of the radiator. It is behind the lower grill in the middle of the bumper.

If you are planning on racing the car you probably want to go with a better cooling solution than stock.

Yes, I believe (although I haven't seen it yet) a separate heat exchanger under the front lower grill. Since you don't have Air Conditioning anymore... I'd use the space taken normally by the condenser to mount a monster intercooler heat exchanger (like you see on the Mitsubishi Evos).

Looked like a small separate pump to me, but it also looks like it's hooked into the coolant overflow reservoir too... I'd have to do some more digging.

Cheers!
