Default Where to go

I'm used to having a car that is not common. I bought the first 300C in the northeast on 4/7/04, I just traded a Cadillac XLR for my second 300C. Owned an Allante, you get the picture. I'm now about to buy a crossfire, what are the best sites to find mods and accessories for the XF?

Errrr...This one! There is not much that hasn't been discussed here. If it's available (and it most likely isn't) then someone here will know about it.

Oh, and welcome to the forum.

actually, just about everything is available, sans turbo, superchargers, cams, exhaust, intakes, pulleys, ecu's suspension mods, wheels, just about everything someone could want, its just that they are expensive. cheapest supercharger is a 6.5 kleeman, 8k with intercooler and higher boost, and a few others. nobody has done it yet, no one has bought cams yet, no one has bought the pulley kit yet, and we have only had one dyno, and that was before the ecu mod, the guy who was supposed to show the "after dyno" of the ecu seemed to disappear, as most people do. so yeah, thats crossfireforum.org in a nutshell. if you want to know about mods that have been done, ask hddp.

that stuff is mostly DIY -- paint up your engine cover however you want, do a search for different rims guys have put on, there's a thread on a potential CTD grill, etc.

good luck

Trust me I won't do any of that. The mods I choose to do aren't that type. This car is the closest I will ever come to a foreign car, never an Asian brand.
I read another thread where owners were complaining that the lower prices were lowering the caliper of buyer. So for all who worry about that I traded in a '04 Cadillac XLR and an '05 Ford 500 to buy an '06 300C and got the XF for the weekends. Had everything from Rolls, Bentleys to VW's I just am "Car Crazy". I also am the SEMA guy in the state of NY in the New York State Assembly.

You lost me here. First you say this car is the closest you will ever come to a foreign car. Next you imply you've owned Rolls, Bentleys to VW's.

I've owned them including Mercedes in the past. No more in the future. Also to further qualify, never an Asian brand. Nothing against the British and European brands, just feel I want to buy American. I just can't bring myself to the Toys or Nissan, etc. I feel like I've sold out the US auto industry. As I've become old I've become more patriotic. Hey we're at war. Not being judge mental just my gut feeling.

Welcome aboard, I like your thinking when it comes to Asian companies. I'm sure I'll offend many, gut IMO, the Asian automakers stole most of their ideas, so I have a lack of respect for their cars, even if they are good quality!
