Default Porting & Polishing The New Engine

Still working on the new SRT6 engine transplant. I have it torn down to the heads and porting & polishing the intake / exhaust ... For those not familiar with this part, this is the Y pipe fully ported and polished.

Looks good. Are you doing the work yourself? Are you port matching? And if so how would you rate the stock porting? Is there a lot to be gained or were they pretty good from the factory? Will you be doing the heads also? My engine will arrive soon and I have to make a decision to make some improvements or just drop it in.
