we have been watching this for a while now, but the guy never responds. it could be done with an Kleenman low boost ecu I guess.

this is VERY interesting to me as I have a non srt-6 xfire and definatley want to be boosted, if this site is not for real, I will be the first xfire to be turbo'd right? my friend gave me a turbo charger for free! so all I need is the intercooler, tubing, and custom manifold, in reality how possible do you think this is guys? cuz I really want some boost, even if it is only 6 psi. Also I was thinking about just getting the kleeman, but isn't that really expensive?

Don't forget fuel and spark management, and then figuring out where all these components will go in that tiny engine bay. Once you have that figured out, you'll be "the first"

The kleenman kit is great, but exspensive, if you bought the car for $10k I would do it.

I would be interessted in having kleenman programn the ECU for boost, and forget about the rest of thier kit.

I talked to the owner today, says it pulls harder than any AMG 32 he's driven. He just finished getting new low CR pistons intalled so that he could crank up the boost.

All the work on the car was done by Integrity Auto Group, in Westminister.

the phone number is 410 840-3555

the owner of the shop is J.J.

You know, for $24K, the guy could have just bought a SRT-6 and been done with it. No need to add a turbo.

Whew, $24K is one stiff premium to pay just to have a 6-speed.

Can the SLK AMG version be bought with a 6-speed, or was the SRT-6 the only SC car that required an automatic?

Every AMG model manufactured by MB comes only with an automatic; there are no AMG manuals.

For 24k I could have a fully built engine with a huge single turbo making about 600whp built for this car. Just buy an srt6, swap in the manual trans, figure out the electronics, get a smaller pully, meth kit, exhaust, new airbox and your making 400whp all day everyday.

doing the manual trans swap is going to be just as much work, I thought you sold your crossfire anyways for a MAzda 3.?
