Default Dual external wastegates instead of cutouts?

Have any of you SRT6 folks considered using dual external wastegates controlled by vacuum lines instead of cutouts for your exhausts?

cutouts work better and are cost effective. The largest gate tial makes is 60mm and they are about 750 a piece
Compare that to the cost of two 3" cutouts

Does anyone make pneumatically actuated cutouts? Would anyone like pneumatically actuated cutouts?

Pneumatic means that they stay closed in vacuum and only open in boost, no electricity required.

im reading up on the atp one and it looks like it works better with turbos but would run almost all the time with a supercharger right?

Looks like it uses a turbo wastegate actuator, so you could play games by using a simple mechanical pressure regulator, restrictor, stronger spring, etc.

can't change springs actuator is sealed. Regulator would be pointless because those valves open at the first sign of positive pressure
