Tire Pressure Issue
Had my driveway sealed yesterday so I had to park my baby out on the street on gravel. When I started the car in the morning the tire pressure light came on (if they were going to go to the trouble of putting the system in they should have just gone a little further and told you which tire :x ). Anyway, it turned out to be the front right tire was 2 PSI low on pressure. The car was parked with the right side a little in a drainage ditch to stay well away from the road; therefore the left side was higher than the right side. Is there anyway that parking in this manner could cause the outside sidewall of the tire to pull away from the wheel and leak air pressure? It was chilly this morning but all of the other tires were fine and there is no nail in the front right tire.
I can't imagine that happening. Otherwise, every hard corner would result in a puff of air coming out of the inside tires. Odd stuff. I would suspect either an unseen foreign object or leaking valve stem. Keep us posted.
