Default stop sign shakes

I have an occassional problem at a stop sign. The car begins to shake and feels as if it is about to stall. It does not but I would like this to stop. It is not due to engine temp or speed before stopping. The dealer has no idea what is amiss. Any suggestions? It almost feels as if the fuel injectors suddenly clog. Thanks

I want to add to my original-now the car shakes at a stop sign or red light and it tried to accelerate while my foot was on the brake. Just like the Audi problem several years ago. Please advise me on what I need to do. Thanks

The engine has an electric throttle control...could be a problem with that or one of the sensors.

at least in my manual Crossfire, the engine seems to not like to stall... if it senses a stall, like if your going really slow for some reason in 4th, it will increase the throttle so the engine doesn't stall...

Took the car in and my very thorough mechanic tested each vaccum hose and every wire. He noticed that the left side of the air filter cover was not in the groove. He clicked it in place and that was the source of the shakes and acceleration problem. The car was sucking air and disrupting the flow. Good job!
