That's a lot more trouble than just buckling YOURSELF in.

yeah, right, so the belt rubs on what is already reported to be a not so premiere finish on the center console storage box lid.

just wear the dang thing. You're not really THAT lazy you can't buckle it, are you?

Just wear the belt......or see if you can watch a live "explosion" of the bags somewhere.....You will never be seen without a belt again.
Especially if they do it like we used to :
1. Remove steering wheel.
2. Place wheel face down on flat surface away from any buildings and large crowds.
3. Connect special factory harness to wheel.
4. Press launch button and see wheel go about 200 ft in the air....

Of course the factory kit was supposed to be used with a special "basket" but how much fun would that be ;-)

Just a thought: I havent researched this, as I believe in wearing seatbelts....

Some of our new vehicles have a sensor that detects if the belt is pulled out, not just if it is plugged in...

Sorry.. meant to make the point that it has to be pulled out in addition to plugged in.. IE plugging passenger belt into drivers, or plugging extension in may not work on all DC products.
