Trying to make use of my rims
I have a set of ruff racing wheels that I had for my Audi. It is the same lug pattern and they are 19" the only thing is that they are all 8.5" wide so when they go on the back it doesn't look good, the fender sticks out further than the wheel. I have had the wheels for about 3 months before i sold my car and the tires are brand new so I would hate to get rid of them. Does anyone know if maybe getting bigger tires or spacers would help the appearance?
I have a set of ruff racing rims on my car.... what kind are they (model)? Mine fit nice and snug. If all else fails try spacing your wheels out if your not satisfied with the stance.
They are the black r931. The two front wheels fit great because they are they same width as stock but the back wheels look skinny. The stock wheels are an inch wider so I dont know how to make it work.
I'm assuming your rears are 18" as well. That's why it don't look good cause the stock rears are 19". If you really want these wheels on then what I would do is space the rears out and lower the car and it won't look so bad.
I would go with these then
Eibach Pro-Spacers Wheel Spacers (2) 15mm
it comes with the bolts so you will be in good shape. You could always buy wider tires as well but if you buy the stock width with these spacers your tire may overhang your fender and not be legal.

You have not given us enough information to even work with. What is the offset and backspace on the wheels and how far are they from the fender?
As Cody suggests, I would go with a hub centric high quality spacer, I had the Eibach pros on my car and was happy with them, but as far as size, you are the only one who has seen it and knows how far out it needs to go. We are happy to help, but we need info

The aftermarket rims I have are 19x8.5 and I believe the stock wheels are 19x9.5 if I'm not mistaken. The tires I have on the aftermarket rims are 225 35 19 and the tires on my stock wheels are 255 40 19 and im thinking about re-mounting these on the aftermarket ones if they aren't too big. The offset is +35
