Default Chrysler Service Contract vs. Mods

I purchased the four 4 power train plus service contract when I bought my Crossfire in 2009 from the dealership. The car was originally CPO, however in my job I am in the "field" once a week adding close to 1000-1200 miles monthly just for work. I was contemplating canceling the warranty, but the recent failure of my heating/ac interior pump has reinforced retaining the service contract. With my car approaching 75,000 miles I would like to ensure that the next three years if the drive train decides to lay down and die I will be covered.

I know the following will not void the warranty, CAI/cat back exhaust/spring booster.

Now I am unsure regarding the following: would a tune from Eurocharged void the service contract, would larger fuel injectors void the warranty, would the 74 mm throttle body void the warranty?

I would appreciate any input into this matter before I spend another 750-800 on the car and end up with my service contract voided.

Jason

I would think that all of the above could very well in fact void the warranty. Especially if they went looking for something to blame.

Cool Re: Chrysler Service Contract vs. Mods

From what I was told a few years back by my Chyrsler Service Manager is the following.

You are only covered if:
The mods are Chrysler or MB licensed and were done by a Chrysler Crossfire Certified Tech or a Certified MB Tech.

This may be dealer specific, the dealership that I took my Roadster Limited to was outstanding. They would install just about anything that I asked to and stand behind it, I had the MaxCare bumper to bumper warranty.
