Default White top battery

I've read here that if you have a white top battery, then you have an original factory installed battery. Is this true for all years and models?

There are or where replacement batteries that are identical to the OEM Varta's and they were white at one time, they may not be available now.
The cases were all white.
European Varta's may still be all white.

It should have a sticker on it that says "Made in Spain". The case is more clear than white.
