Default Chipping a leaseed vehicle?

Has anyone chipped a leased car? Are there any real risks to doing the upsolute $400 chip? I have had my Black/autostick roadster one week and I love it. The autostick is awsome. An extra 10-15% power would be nice.

Mine's not leased, but I can tell you that no one will know that the car has been chipped unless you tell them. Unless they are very familiar with the stock power and notice the power improvement. The Upsolute tech keeps your stock file and if at any time you want it put back to stock they will do it, for a small charge. If you decide within the first 30 days that you don't like it they will change it back to stock for free. I'm very happy with the chip.
